LEAK INVESTIGATIONS

Brian Boyd Waterproofing are leak detection experts. With 40 years of construction and waterproofing experience we use a practical, methodical and scientific approach to determine the source of the leak. 

We use a range of equipment from high-tech FLIR thermal cameras, moisture meters and snake cameras to low-tech pressure gauges, tracing dyes and more.  We control as many variables as possible to isolate the leak location. 

If you notice any of the following, it may be an indicator that you have a water leak:

1. Swollen or mouldy skirting boards or door jambs
2. Stains on the ceiling
3. Moist or saturated carpet
4. Blistered paint with or without soft plaster behind it
5. Lifting or drummy tiles
